Hey all, I contacted Russell and asked him a little about the screen printing process, here is what he said. The link is super helpful.

"We get our work done at Iron Forge Press. We've gone through several file type conversations with our client so let me copy/paste some of the content below. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks!

"4C screen print on 110# exact index in white. 16x20 max print area, 18x24 sheet size. Please keep in mind that artwork must be specifically set up, color -separated and trapped for screen-printing. Check out

Artwork should be set up with each color on it's own layer, ordered bottom (first color) to top (last color). Colors indicated as spot colors. Also, please convert all type to outlines, if you haven't already during the trapping phase, and save file as .psd or .ai, CS4 or earlier. "
